Asked to name an 'Adviser Champion' - someone who would be a great advocate for the financial advice profession - Mark Stokes picks out 'Michael', a client he has looked after for the last two decades.

The Succession Group proposition and marketing director first advised 'Michael' on buying his business 20 years ago and then, at another key stage of his life, when he sold it, worked through a detailed cashflow planning programme with him. "He is eternally grateful he met us," says Stokes.
