As she celebrates notching up 20 years in financial advice, FH Manning Financial Services IFA and investment director Claire Markham reflects with Victoria McKeever on the lessons and challenges of the last two decades

Markham (pictured) has been at FH Manning since 1997, when she approached the firm looking to advance her career. Since then she has been based in its Horncastle office in Lincolnshire, going on to become a qualified IFA 16 years ago and the firm's investment director in 2007.
