Viljoen is head of manager selection for Morningstar's Investment Management group in the EMEA region. In this role, she is responsible for driving the research efforts of the investment team to ensure best ideas are reflected in the Morningstar client portfolios and client panels, as well as ensuring there is a ‘buy' list of suitable alternative funds at all times.
