Every advice firm needs a vision if it wants to compete profitably in the modern market, according to Olive, managing director of financial planner focused business consultancy 12th man consulting. Yet, many firms do not appear to have one, he says. They appear to be lacking a clearly defined set of goals while still basing their pricing on clients' funds.
