  First thing's first: the standard of adviser websites since we began taking a look in 2013 has improved immeasurably. In whittling down more than 100 sites this year to, firstly, a longlist of 40-odd and then to our winners was far trickier than it had been in previous years. Most adviser firms, it appears, truly are embracing digital.
