Pension Schemes Bill The Pension Schemes Bill has completed the committee stage in the House of Commons, the point at which amendments can be made.  The Bill sets out a new legislative framework for private pensions and aims to make greater risk sharing between employers, individual members and third parties easier. It is intended to encourage and enable "shared risk" pension schemes and "collective benefits”.
