This is one of the more timely tech reviews I've written for this column. Aegon's Retiready (pron: reetye:reddy not retty:reddy, stop causing trouble) direct guided architecture platform sits at the nexus of a whole bunch of zeitgeisty issues, and so I'm looking forward to this review. I don't think you can mention Aegon and its direct strategy without talking about the potential to cut across advisers.
