Insurance Insurer Zurich has appointed former American International Group (AIG) chief operations officer Robert Dickie as chief operations and technology officer from March 2014. Neil Evans has been appointed permanently as chief financial officer of Zurich UK Life with immediate effect. He had been carrying out the role on an interim basis since the end of June, following the departure of Dan Pender.
