House prices A majority of surveyors now expect house prices to increase further as we enter the New Year. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rics) has warned that without a "meaningful" increase in the supply of new homes, rents and house prices will be pushed ever higher, according to the Telegraph.
