Mario Theodosiou: Office of Fair Trading (OFT) (seconded) The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)'s Mario Theodosiou has been seconded to the OFT as a director of Consumer Credit Enforcement, a new role created by the body to ensure compliance by consumer credit licence holders.
