What do you most dislike about the industry? Right now, the huge divide in the adviser community caused by the Retail Distribution Review (RDR) between, for example, independent and restricted advisers and those charging fees and commission. What one thing do you most admire? The resilience of advisers in response to the unrelenting barrage of regulatory change, increasing costs and diktat from individuals who spend no time in the industry.
