Your assistant is often the first point of contact when a client calls. They influence the client's mood, read their emotions and may even perform triage to determine if the issue requires the adviser's attention. They are powerful. But could they bring in more business? Not every adviser's assistant fits the model above. All this good stuff happens in a high morale, low turnover environment.
