Who moved where in another busy week in financial services?

Colman Moher has been appointed chief executive of Honister Capital, replacing Richard Pearson from April. Tony Solway has been appointed as the new chairman of the Tax Incentivised Savings Association (TISA). Solway, who takes up the position from 1 July, has been a non-executive director on the TISA board since 2008. Paradigm Group has appointed Noel Stubley to the newly created position of group finance director.
