The IFA detox diet - put together by Roderic Rennison and Robert Reid's The Ideas Lab - assigns points to specific weekly tasks. Your aim? To collect as many points as possible. Can you reach 100? Making a telephone call to arrange an appointment or meeting. Leaving a voicemail counts. 1 point Setting an appointment based on above call. 2 points Obtaining a referral. 2 points Delegating something that must be done (but not by you).
