Q. How long have you been working as a freelance paraplanner? A. I set up Full Moon in September after being made redundant from my role as broker consultant at Scottish Widows, in the Lloyds reshuffle. To start with I built on the relationships I had as a broker, and through those clients I trained up as a paraplanner based on what processes they wanted.
