The statistics say it all - in 2001, there were only three property funds listed on the Channel Island Stock Exchange. Fast forward to 2007, and there are 117 funds listed. The last five years have seen most property investors laughing all the way to the bank. As property prices have soared, so have the number of property funds, all keen to take advantage of opportunities on offer.
