Many parallels can be drawn between sport and fund management – focus, discipline, teamwork. As co-manager of the Aegon Strategic Bond fund, I have found clear parallels in managing the fund that neatly tie in a with passion of mine – that of rugby, and the British & Irish Lions rugby team.
