Why Newton IM? BNY Mellon - Newton's owner - was reorganising its multi-boutique model and, in doing so, combined the former Mellon's active equities and multi-asset businesses with Newton. The attraction was the opportunity to turn Newton into a more global brand with greater business in the US and Japan being added into the mix.
