The discretionary fund management arena has become over populated of late and this trend is likely to continue in the run up to the Retail Distribution Review.
However, I cannot help thinking that rationale for the huge move towards discretionary fund management is lacking the due consideration from a business planning point of view, but is viewed more as a “flight to safety”.
