It's always dangerous to write a commentary a few weeks before publication about the current investment environment - because of course you have to predict what will be happening when you, my loyal reader, consider my words of wisdom. So at least salute my bravery (or stupidity) for tackling the current turmoil in the equity market a number of weeks before you will read this.
