Yes, in the privacy of your own home you can try and shed the extra pounds you gained over Christmas by grooving away to Kim Ryder's (nee Marsh, former Hear'Say Pop Idol winner and recent addition to the cast of Coronation Street) DVD. This clever work out, allegedly, uses household objects like tins of baked beans and pillows as punch bags to enhance the calorie burn. On TV we see adverts for weight watchers, exercise machines, and dietary supplements.
