One article really caught my attention recently and got me thinking about the many ways in which people non-disclose.

It claimed that Cheltenham Borough Council was taking its former managing director, Christine Laird, to court because she didn't let on that she suffered from depression when she applied for the job. Unfortunately, her depression caused her to take long term sick leave and the council is claiming a large sum of damages from her. Now, think of the times that you've been given a gym application form and you've been confronted with 'Please state how many units of alcohol you drink a week'. I've spoken to friends about this and many admitted that question forced them to confront the reality...
