Brooks Macdonald reports £29m pre-tax profit after two-year transformation programme

Wealth manager reports ‘strong progress’

Brooks Macdonald has reported profit before tax of £29m for 2026 after completing a two-year period of transformation, its full-year results show.

Figures for FY26, released today (3 September) said underlying profit before tax (PBT) was £29m, with an underlying operating profit margin of 24.6%. However, it added that statutory PBT was £3.2m, after strategic transformation, organisational restructure, acquisition and integration-related items and the amortisation of acquired client relationships. Total funds under management and advice ('FUMA') increased by 14% to £21.7bn compared to £19.1bn in June 2025. This included funds under management of £19.3bn and advised-only assets of £2.4bn.
