Schroders Wealth Management and Cazenove Capital have unveiled a series of senior leadership changes in a bid to attract more international and client-led business.

Grace Lavelle has been appointed CIO following more than a decade at Schroders Wealth Management, most recently as investment strategy director at Cazenove, and will lead the continued evolution of the firm's investment platform.  She replaces Caspar Rock, who held the role for ten years, as he steps into the role of vice chair of Schroders Wealth Management to focus on some of the firm's most strategic global client relationships.
