Takes assets under advice to £140bn

Söderberg & Partners will acquire Benchmark, Schroders’ UK integrated financial advice business.

With the acquisition of Benchmark, Söderberg & Partners will have approximately £140bn assets under advice, of which around £60bn relates to the UK operations. Schroders initially invested in Benchmark in 2016. The businesses now supports approximately 1,000 advisers across the UK, partners with 200 financial advisory firms, and has £31bn of assets under influence.
