SEI to launch two LTAFs in private markets 'expansion'

SEI has received regulatory approval to launch two long-term asset funds (LTAFs) to expand its private markets offering.

According to the FCA Register, the CG SEI Global Investment LTAF and CG SEI Diversified Private Assets LTAF, will serve as the umbrella fund and sub-fund, respectively, having received approval last month. Carne Global Fund Managers (UK) has been appointed as operator of the umbrella LTAF, while NatWest Trustee and Depositary Services as the collective investment scheme (CIS) depositary.
