The number of advice professionals already using artificial intelligence has risen significantly by 46% since 2025, with two in five (41%) now using it, according to Dynamic Planner.
Dynamic Planner's annual independent pulse of the industry, Advice 26, which surveyed 700 advice professionals across the UK, also found the ‘do not plan to use' group no longer exists, with 14% waiting for their existing technology provider to embed AI. Almost the entire industry (99%) now say AI will be positive. While firms are positive, getting it right is still viewed as the biggest tech challenge by three in ten.
