Centology integrates the Pathlines Pensions SIPP form into CRM

Technology firm Centology has integrated the Pathlines Pensions SIPP form directly into its CRM and client portal in a bid to make the application process easier.

Following the integration, advisers and clients should be able to complete fully pre-populated SIPP applications entirely within Centology , without the need to access external portals or move between systems. The integration uses its in-house workflow engine and native AI infrastructure called Pulse and Echo which manages "workflow logic and system connectivity" across the platform, Centology set out.
