Transact has launched an upgrade programme designed to improve how the platform connects with the financial planning software used by advisers, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
The new framework will introduce a "simpler setup process" for advisers using its application programming interface (API) and is designed to deliver "up-to-date and reliable" data directly into advisers' systems. This development supports firms with CRM‑led workflows and increasingly digital advice journeys with online authorisation, it said.
