Aims to ‘eliminate friction’ across advice journey

Söderberg & Partners platform, Seccl and Plannr Technologies have launched the second phase of their platform integration for advisers and clients.

Phase 2 introduces a range of capabilities designed to "eliminate friction" across the advice journey, the businesses said. For example, advisers can now create clients and platform accounts directly within Plannr, removing the need to switch systems or rekey data. Advisers also operate within one continuous workflow inside Plannr. Additionally, clients are onboarded through an "intuitive" journey within Plannr's client portal, accessing both platform and non-platform data via a single, branded portal and mobile app. Finally, advice firms have the option to launch their own App Sto...
