Alltrust acquires Phoenix Wealth Family Suntrust schemes

Alltrust Services is to acquire the Phoenix Wealth Family Suntrust schemes and reopen the offering to new business.

The deal, which is likely to complete later this year, reunited the two product suites that were originally designed together. Alltrust said it would be the only self-invested personal pension provider in the UK accepting new business into a family pension trust (FPT) structure. It added the Family Suntrust would benefit from its technology infrastructure, while existing members "will gain continuity and long term support".
