MWA Financial acquires Midlands advice firm

Snaps up Stonewood Financial Planning

MWA Financial (MWA) has completed the acquisition of Market Harborough-based Stonewood Financial Planning.

The acquisition adds £53m of assets under advice (AUA), an office in Market Harborough and a client base of more than 100 family units to the group. Stonewood's staff will join MWA as part of the deal, with clients and team members integrating into MWA's financial planning business - MWA Financial Advice.
