Perspective snaps up £400m AUA firm in largest deal to date

Acquires Prosser Knowles in Droitwich and Gloucester

Perspective Financial Group (Perspective) has completed the acquisition of Prosser Knowles Associates (Prosser Knowles) in its largest buy to date.

Prosser Knowles has £400m of assets under advice. With immediate effect, Prosser Knowles will be rebranded Perspective (Prosser Knowles). This acquisition adds 27 staff to Perspective, including several individuals who will be taking up group roles at Perspective post-integration, and two office locations in Gloucester and Droitwich.
