Stuart Dodson has been appointed as CEO of True Potential Wealth Management.

Dodson has joined after being group managing director at Openwork, overseeing distribution across wealth, mortgage and protection channels. In the role, he managed more than 4,700 financial advisers and helped secure £120m in private equity investment. Before this, he was managing director of Newcastle Financial Advisers and also held senior leadership positions at Legal & General, where he led financial advice teams across a range of distribution models.
