Continuum managing partner Martin Brown sits down with PA to discuss the contributors to the firm’s year-on-year growth in assets and adviser numbers.

"It's frustrating that, as a profession, we sometimes fail to deliver the basics: great service, regular communication, and genuine care," Brown told PA. "If you get those fundamentals right — treating clients well and making them feel special — that's the true secret to growth."
