Radiant Financial Planning’s managing director David Edwards no longer holds a director position at the firm, Companies House filings suggest.

An update on the planning firm's Companies House page on 15 February confirmed Edwards' termination of appointment as a director on 14 February. Edwards has also been terminated as a director from Radiant Financial Group UK Holdings, filings show. Edwards joined Radiant in June 2021 as non-executive director, then became chief risk officer and executive director on Radiant Financial Group before his latest role as managing director of Radiant Financial Planning.
