Lumin Wealth acquires Buckinghamshire advice firm adding £95m AUM

The firm has snapped up B W Financial Consultants

St. Albans-based advice Lumin Wealth has acquired advice firm B W Financial Consultants based in Penn, Buckinghamshire.

The purchase is expected to add about £95m of assets under management and is the firm's eighth acquisition since 2019. B W Financial Consultants is headed up by director Jeremy Blakeley. Blakeley said: "This partnership will enable us to leverage their extensive resources and technology, allowing us to enhance our service offerings.
