ValidPath hires corporate finance director for succession business

IFA network ValidPath has named Alex Wilson as its corporate finance director for its recently launched succession business.

It's Succession Solution is an alternative to IFA consolidation, the network said. Wilson is set to manage the financial aspects of the operation. He joins from AMACOR Capital where he was head of acquisitions and completed and successfully integrated over 15 acquisitions for the privately backed acquisitive convenience retailer. Wilson, a Chartered accountant, has more than 15 years' experience in finance, accountancy and corporate finance.
