The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has launched a further consultation on draft pensions dashboards regulations to the criticism of industry experts.

The consultation - launched on Tuesday 28 June - follows the government's first consultation in January which included a draft of the 2022 pensions dashboards regulations. The additional consultation relates to two specific matters - the dashboards "available point", when the system actually goes live, and the disclosure of information between the Money and Pensions Service (Maps) and The Pensions Regulator (TPR).
