Timeline releases goal visualisation tool for advisers

Timeline has rolled out a series of developments to strengthen its financial planning software, as well as reduce adviser technology costs.

Its latest additions include a cashflow element with built-in goal visualisation and capital market scenarios. The new features will enable advisers and clients to visualise how their goals, retirement income and expenditures stack up against various market conditions, tapping into more than 100 years of capital market data. It said the additions are a significant departure from traditional cashflow, which required advisers to manually change single return and inflation inputs, or manually create hypothetical market crashes.
