PensionBee valued at £365m ahead of IPO

PensionBee has a market capitalisation of £365m and has set an initial public offering share price of 165p.

The pension consolidation business is set to join on the High Growth Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. It announced its intention to float in March this year. PensionBee chief executive Romi Savova said: "We are delighted with the strong support that we have received from institutional investors and our customers, who understand the importance of our vision, to simplify pensions so that everyone can look forward to a happy retirement."
