Perspective Financial Group acquires Corby-based planning firm

Perspective Financial Group has acquired Corby-based Independent Life & Pensions Group (ILPG) in its first deal of 2021 and said it has more than 10 others in the pipeline.

ILPG, an independent financial planning firm, was set up in 1997 and has a strong client base across Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire It advises 440 wealth management clients and manages £120m of client assets. The business also has a significant number of corporate clients. Joe Hill will continue as managing director at the office's current location and all members of its financial planning and administrative teams will transfer to the new operation.
