Rich List: Schroder family and Peter Hargreaves fall down rankings

The Schroder family fell from 35th to 24th place in the list of 1,000 wealthiest people in the UK, as their wealth fell by a whopping £1.22bn to £4.019bn. Much of this was driven by declines in the fund group's share price, which was trading more than 10% lower over the year to when the assets were valued at the end of March, though it has seen a rebound since.
