Labour names Jack Dromey shadow pensions minister

Labour has appointed Jack Dromey as shadow pensions minister, replacing Alex Cunningham who resigned last month.

Dromey, who is MP for Birmingham Erdington, picked up the brief on 12 January, just a week after Cunningham's resignation was made public. On Twitter, Dromey said he would stand up for workers "robbed of their pensions". An honour 2 be @UKLabour Shadow Pensions Minister.
