Dunston Thomas dashboard guide provides strategy to industry

Boulding argues that guide will help improve customer outcomes

Dunston Thomas has created a guide for providers and advisers that aims to help those involved in developing the pensions dashboard ensure it is a success.

The industry and advisers will need to liaise to ensure standards around feeds and security are unified; and the guide, written by Dunston Thomas's retirement strategy director Adrian Boulding, provides information around how best to do this.  The most important consideration for those involved in creating the dashboard, according to Boulding, should be to ensure it engages customers with their data.
