Openwork recruits outside financial services

Adviser network Openwork has appointed Neil Milner as chief operating officer.

Milner will be responsible for developing and improving the network's processes and enhancing outcomes for clients at Openwork. Milner comes from car maintenance and cycling retailer Halfords where he was head of programmes and responsible for executing the business's key strategic initiatives. Prior to working for Halfords, Milner was IT director for the National Trust between 2011 and 2013, where he was responsible for rebuilding its entire IT function and running its IT operations across more than 500 properties. He has also held senior positions at Travelodge Hotels and DSGi. ...
