Webb: Bosses are the key to workplace pensions buy-in

Keeping bosses enrolled in the same pension scheme as all other employees could boost overall workplace saving engagement, according to ex-pensions minister Steve Webb.

The former-coalition minister said that many experts had told him about the importance of having top staff in the same scheme as everyone else to encourage others to participate and promote the interests of better management and resources. However, he acknowledged that to do that would probably require a change in pensions tax relief.
