Citizens Advice names 44 branches to deliver guidance guarantee

Each delivery centre will have between three and seven paid members of trained staff providing pensions guidance. The organisation said staff numbers will depend on local population and size of area covered by the delivery centre. The consumer organisation will also deliver guidance throughout the country through 'outreach locations' to ensure maximum access to the face to face service.
