Jupiter chairman resigns due to ill health

Jupiter non-executive chairman Jamie Dundas has decided to step down because of ill health.

Dundas, who is also a director, will cease to be a member of the nomination and remuneration committees after he resigns. Senior independent non-executive director Liz Airey has replaced Dundas as chairman. She will also chair the nomination committee. The board has appointed Lorraine Trainer a senior independent director and Jonathon Bond a member of the nomination committee. The firm is also searching for a new non-executive director to chair the audit committee.
