Massow transfers client bank of failed trail rebate business

Entrepreneur Ivan Massow has agreed to transfer the client bank of his trail commission rebate business, Paymemy.com, to Clubfinance, in a deal enabling the customers to continue to receive rebates of 75%.

Massow, who launched the business in 2011 but closed it earlier this year because it made a loss every time it returned commission to an investor, said the deal serves the best interests of the customers. Under the provisional arrangement, clients will also have access to Clubfinance's brokerage services, which include dealing in a wide range of investment products and securities, insurance and pensions.
